Our drinks list includes wines from Tasmania, regional Australia and across the world, as well as selected beer, cider, spirits and liqueurs.
We also offer a range of hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks.
Some of our featured wines include:
Delamere NV Cuvee Rose
Low yields create a sparkling wine that tastes so different. 100% pinot noir, showing fresh red fruits and berries, creamy texture and a long soft finish
2021 Derwent Estate Riesling
This delicious wine is on the dry side but not ultra dry. Straw coloured, it has a fragrant citrus lime nose leading to a palate with citrus line and length and bright acidity
Nigl Gruner Vetliner
An easy going white from Austria. The wine has that “vetlinerous” peppery note, supported by the warm, mellow yellow fruit of the vintage 2015, which is reminiscent of ripe apples.
Grey Sands “The Mattock” 2016
A beautifully fragrant blend of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc that offers up masses of perfume and dark plum fruit aromas. The palate has a deep and succulent core of cassis and plum fruit, spice and oak, smooth playful tannins.
Holm Oak 2021 Cabernet Merlot
Vivid purple-red in colour. Medium-full bodied palate. Blackberry and raspberries dominate with a smooth fleshy mouthfeel. Rowella Tasmania
Drew 2018 Field Blend
A Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot and Pinot Noir blend from Tea Tree Tasmania. Blackcurrant and bramble fruit flavours and pleasant spicy notes. It will drink well on its own or with any bold flavourful dish, like slow cooked short ribs or chicken with chorizo.
